“On business websites, every navigation item, every page design, every piece of content needs to lead prospective customers to the Buy Now button (either actual or hypothetical).

I do not mean business websites should oversell; nobody likes overbearing sales methods.

This is what I mean:

	A first visit to a business website is the beginning of a relationship.
	Each subsequent visit needs to foster the relationship.
	The relationship should produce revenue for the business.”
